Cleanliness, ease of contacting the friendly owner, location, fireplace in bedroom, beautiful yard and lovely porch that overlooked the river and it was well equipped.
The cost of the cleaning fee was unreasonable high and
the nonrefundable damage fee was extremely high – if there were no damages, you still don’t get the money back. The place was spotless when we left/ if didn’t matter.

Really nice place. The best equipped home we have stayed at. The Hosts do a great job of making you feel at home and very comfortable.
Would like to have better instructions on how to get the TV to work.
