We had just finished day 3 on the Camino de Santiago and couldn't wait for a shower and clean room for the night. The Casa Rural Camino Real was an unexpected oasis just off the trail. The owner was extremely welcoming and helped arrange a taxi for us to go into Melide that evening. Anything we needed, they were at our service--local wine, taxi service, and breakfast in the morning by the most caring and friendly staff (thank you for the bonus sandwiches!). The room was newly renovated and the grounds were beautiful. A lovely stop over off the beaten path of the Camino and well worth it!

Fantastic accomodation, clean, modern and comfortable.
It's a little out of the way, but well worth the extra travel. I only wish I had planned a little better to spend more time there.
