The Landscape apartment consists of three double bedrooms (in the largest it is possible to insert a third bed), two bathrooms with shower and a third bathroom without shower, a large panoramic environment with living and dining area with a large table for 8/10 people, a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a small private covered corner with dining area and relaxation area. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse renovated with charm, eco-friendly materials, immersed in the green hills of Bologna and surrounded by olive trees. The structure, which consists of two other apartments, is located within a large property of over 100,000 square meters in which there is the main house, the infinity pool including a large relaxation area and a changing room with toilet, a play area with ping-pong and an area equipped for bbq and the parking area. The swimming pool is 1.40 m deep and is equipped with comfortable steps for the descent, with an infinity edge with a spectacular view of the surrounding hills and with seasonal opening from 15/05 to 30/09 depending on weather conditions and open daily from 9.00 to 18.30. Free internet and wi-fi throughout the property. The equipped bbq area is available until 9.00 p.m. Our guests are asked to make proper use of the facilities and equipped areas, freeing them at the end of the hours indicated. For our guests we organize in English for a fee: tastings at wineries; Cooking class in the apartment with professional sfogline (tagliatelle, lasagna, tortellini, etc.), visits with tasting of Parmigiano-Reggiano and traditional balsamic vinegar, e-bike rental, horseback riding and archery.
