YOU ARE IN THE CENTER! Google "Sugarcane Miami Restaurant" to understand where we are, is steps from a shopping mall (The Shops). 2/2 with A huge TERRACE! SmartTV. ONE FREE PARKING.
Amazing building amenities, the pool is amazing, they just now did a nice outside seating area with BBQ, the patio is super large and lots of sun ;-) outside lots of shops and places to eat, you are 15-20 min to south beach or 15-20 to Downtown Brickell, 5 mins to Wynwood walls.
EVERY ADULT OR COUPLE HAVE TO PAY A ONE TIME “$ 50” REGISTRATION FEE AT CHECK-IN.

Family of four visiting Miami for the first time. The apartment was as described, clean, and in a well managed building. Apartment was comfortable for four people. We didn’t hear any noise from the street or from other units. The location was perfect for us to visit many Miami neighborhoods with ease. Minor issues were the furniture is a bit worn and the lights are very bright.Overall, would recommend it as a nice property to stay in for visiting Miami.

Good apart from the car park key only worked once in 4 days and had to buzz to be let in and out the rest of the time. Also only 1 key provided For our party of 4.

A little loud on the weekends. Very roomy back patio. Decent amenities. Roomie but not huge. Functional but a little expensive

We had a great time in Miami and this was the perfect spot. Everything was smooth from start to finish and communication was good.
The only slightly negative part is that the building is set up so that you need an elevator cardkey to get up to your floor and end a separate cardkey to access/leave the parking garage, which made it a bit frustrating at times for our group of four who were coming and going at different times. I would recommend the host to provide another set of cardkeys to help with this problem.
Otherwise, everything was terrific, and the huge patio was great for meals after spending time in the pool.
