Beautiful room in beautiful house with great views from roof terrace, quiet neighbourhood (Monday & Wednesday night), needs more modern pots in kitchen, otherwise a well stocked kitchen, drinking water supplied, very economical price, streaming tv (only in Spanish), thick bathroom towels, after check out Jose let me leave my bags in the building until I took my night bus, less than 30 minute walk to ADO bus station.

Wifi not so good when everyone is using it (but good most of the time), there was loud live music playing after midnight on Tuesday night nearby, noise travels around inside the building so you can hear others in the common rooms, hot water takes 3 minutes to heat up (as explained by Jose) but cut out after only a few minutes on my first night, I washed myself more quickly afterwards so didn’t notice if it cut out again, they didn’t clean my room or empty the toilet rubbish bin during my 3 night stay, no oil supplied in kitchen, nearby church likes to ring its bells a lot at 7 & 7:15am, looks like no one has ever cleaned the inside of the microwave, double bed is a bit short, some ants in my bedroom.

La cama es muy cómoda y el dueño super amable :) hay todo lo que necesitas (una cocina y un jardín también :o). Recomiendo este lugar

Tout était parfait! Ça fait 3 semaines que nous sommes au Mexique et c’est le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait à ce prix là. La chambre est grande, propre et confortable, la douche est super avec de l’eau chaude, serviettes, gel douche, shampoing. La cuisine commune est propre avec des équipements en bon état. Tv connecté et très bon wifi. Le centre ville est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Il y a un vendeur de fruits et légumes juste en face de la porte et un oxxo pas très loin. L’hôte est très gentil
