Kellemes környezet, saját vízpart, kis mólóval. Tiszta és elég jól felszerelt szállás. A Holt-Körös túlpartján az arborétum.
Márványpoloskából sok van (valószínűleg az egész környéken), de azért nagy gondot nem jelentenek.

Volt csónak, lapáttal, a jakuzzi elő volt fűtve.
Az egész ház hideg volt az érkezésünkkor, az egyik szobában a radiátor később sem működött. A szobákban nincs függöny, a TV-ben csak pár csatorna volt elérhető. A csónak alja sérült, szivárog.
