Läget, köket var välrustat, det var kul med SUP
Ingen gräsmatta, bara torr jord, saknas läslampor och torkställen. Bokhyllan vid trappan vinglar och kan vara farlig.

Kicsi a légkondicionáló teljesítménye az egész lakásra 1 db. van ! Fürdőszoba kissé szűkös és felújításra szorul.

Volt csónak, lapáttal, a jakuzzi elő volt fűtve.
Az egész ház hideg volt az érkezésünkkor, az egyik szobában a radiátor később sem működött. A szobákban nincs függöny, a TV-ben csak pár csatorna volt elérhető. A csónak alja sérült, szivárog.
