Stunning views in a peaceful setting

Comfortable and relaxing stay

The size of the apartment is perfect for a family of 4. The location is great, a nice 5 minute walk from the town centre, and many beaches to choose from right on the doorstep. Plenty of fans kept us cool during the heatwave, and the brand new washing machine allowed us to do laundry as often as we needed. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (although teaspoons are missing). We enjoyed our stay.

Very good place, needs little tweeks and it would perfect

Location was amazing especially if you prefer a quiet area. Apartment is elegant in design, and cozy. Very nice to be in general

The single beds were children beds, it was quiet uncomfortable to sleep on them. There were also many areas not clean in the apartment, for example the fan in the master bedroom was full of dust, when we turned it on, all the dust came on the bed underneath. The balconies had some spider webs.

The view was absolutely incredible! Having Alexa there to play us music was pretty cool too!

Probably being picky, but the beds were a bit hard and you do need to be careful pulling out of the driveway, nothing we couldn't manage though 😊

The view was amazing and great location. The heating was great - once we worked out how to use it. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Good array of beds.

It needs a jug and some more instructions for the heating. Maybe some better locks on the balcony doors.

Lovely seaside break.

The location was rather unique as it felt like one was on the beach, just amazing. We loved our short stay there and the discovering the surrounding areas. The boardwalk was very convenient to the local village and train station by foot. We left the car parked for the 3 days we were there. Michelle was very welcoming although we never met him in person.

The place is 20 minutes walk from Moneglia station, but the beautiful view from the apartment is worth it. We were very comfortable with our stay, the host is friendly, and the apartment is clean. I recommend this place! 👍

Große Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand.

В целом нам понравилось соотношение цена/качество.

Квартира находится очень близко к морю, все комнаты имеют балконные двери с видом на море, очень красиво. От отличного городского пляжа примерно 7 минут ходьбы. Сама квартира неплохая, есть все необходимое. Балкончик вдоль всей квартиры и на него можно выйти из любой комнаты. Во время нашего пребывания был перекрыт туннель и шум машин не беспокоил. Дорога проходит прям под окнами, и думаю в другое время там достаточно большой поток машин. Хозяин квартиры приветливый, шел на контакт, предупредил о перекрытых дрогах на въезде и дал рекомендации по посещению туристических мест в округе. Приятно, что на кухне мы могли найти соль, сахар, масло, приправы и даже макароны. Достаточно посуды. Постель и полотенца были чистыми.

В нашем случае это оказалась сломанная стиральная машина, которая, судЯ по другим отзывам, уже какое-то время не работала и до нашего приезда. Чистота помещения тоже не очень хорошая, в ящиках для одежды были волосы и пыль. До ближайшего магазинчика/пекарни около 1 км. До железнодорожной станции станции 25 мин пешком.

Los altercados que hubo los resolvió al instante, y la única observación es que en tiempo de frío incluyan cobijas.

Einfach schön und besonders durch die direkte Nähe zum Meer.

Es war wunderschön, der Blick aufs Meer aus allen Zimmern ( bis auf Bad und Küche ) die grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht. Einfach toll. Mit dem Zug ist man sehr schnell in Cinque Terre und Genua. Michele ist immer zu erreichen und hat für alles eine Lösung;-)

Durch die vielen Fenster ( toller Blick) ist es im Winter (Dezember) abends trotz Heizung ein bisschen kühl im Wohnzimmer- am besten 2 Wolldecken einpacken, dann ist es sehr gemütlich.

Schöne Aussicht direkt am Meer aber leider viele negativ Punkte

Lage direkt am Meer 👍🏼

Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen besucht. Leider war diese mit Abstand die schlechteste. Der Geruch in der Wohnung ging gar nicht. Das wir am liebsten wieder auschecken wollten. 👎🏼 Total muffig. Die Möbel müssten mal erneuert werden. Selbst unsere Sachen beim auswaschen daheim riechen immer noch nach dieser Wohnung. Beim öffnen des Kühlschrank kam dieser immer fast entgegen. Leider gab es viele Dreck Ecken und die Dusche ist verschimmelt. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich keine Heizung sondern nur ein Heizlüfter, wo immer wieder die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist. Obwohl nicht viele Geräte angeschlossen waren.

Manque de propreté : pas de housse de couette et taches sur les couettes. Siphon de douche bouché par des cheveux ++ il n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps ! Harcèlement de la part de Michèle car les pièces d’identité ne lui convenait pas ( tout a scanner alors que nous étions 6)

Moneglia als Ausgangspunkt für die Cinque Terre mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer

+ Größe der Wohnung, 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer (für 4-köpfige Familie perfekt); Balkon (zwar etwas schmal, dafür lang) + sensationeller Meerblick (sehr nah am Meer, Meeresrauschen nachts deutlich hörbar; dies und die vorbeifahrenden Autos - in der Nebensaison waren es wenige - können nachts geräuschempfindliche Schläfer etwas stören) +/- Lage an sich sehr schön (siehe oben); zu beachten ist die über Ampeln für Tunnel zeitlich geregelte Anfahrt (Informationen von Gastgeber beachten); Innenstadt/Restaurants in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen, der Bahnhof in 20 min. Die nördlichste Ortschaft der Cinque Terre, Monterosso al Mare ist in ca. 30 min mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Moneglia hat uns als Ausgangspunkt für die Cinque Terre gut gefallen! (Nicht zu touristisch, noch nah genug an den Cinque Terre; trotzdem viele Restaurants, Strand und trotzdem ein lokales Leben). + Informationsmaterial/Broschüren

- Geruch (etwas muffig, vielleicht der Abfluss?) - Sauberkeit, etwas angestaubt an der ein oder anderen Stelle - die Ausstattung ist nicht die Neuste, etwas überladen - Anforderungen vom Gastgeber/Staat an Gäste: von jedem Gast war ein Foto vom Ausweis Vorder- und Rückseite sowie Vorderseite mit Gesicht als Selfie verlangt (noch nie so erlebt in Italien); das grenzt fast schon an Rezeptionistenarbeit. Immer teurer aber immer weniger Service. Quo Vadis Italia/Europa? ( Informationen vom Gastgeber sollten stärker gefiltert/kontrolliert werden, Online Check-in hat nicht reibungsfrei funktioniert, da ohne Link; weniger ist mehr…)
