Absolutely loved our stay here, vintage hotel in Sant Agatha, a little town where we got to know the locals and enjoy italian culture, we’re so glad we stayed here and not on Amalfi or Positano, which are crowded.
The staff is amazing! They make you feel like home and are the nicest and super helpful the whole time.
Breakfast is great and the hotel is very well taken care of.
Totally recommend and would stay here again.
It’s a little far and hard to get to from Sorrento if you don’t have a car, just be aware of the bus schedules and ask the staff for help, they’re very helpful.

The staff were amazing! Every single one of them, from the receptionist when I first arrived after being upset having been in a taxi for 1 hour and a half (the taxi took a group to Positano before taking me to the hotel, and then wanted to charge me 70€, and wouldn't take less than 60) to the man who fixed my bathtub (one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for a bathtub), to the kitchen staff who prepared decaf coffee for me, etc. etc. The staff members, every single one, were excellent. After the experience with the taxi, the staff were careful to explain how I could buy a bus ticket and where to find the stops.
The location. The booking.com location noted that it was close to the train station. I was looking for two things: inexpensive and close to the train station. The hotel was NOT close to the train station (more than a half-hour away), and I spent over 100€ on taxis. In a message before I arrived, I was told I could take a taxi or a bus to the hotel, but being in a city I hadn't been to before I wasn't comfortable depending on the bus situation. I learned it quickly, and it is easy, and I believe it should have been better explained to me beforehand. When you tell someone (as the message I got) take a taxi or a bus, it would have been important to know that there is a minimum 60€ difference in those options!!!! I lived in Rome for 6 years, and had an annual bus pass. I wasn't sure where to buy tickets for the bus, but the message should have said (unheard of in Rome), you can buy tickets on the bus. So to sum up: I was looking for a hotel near the train station, that is why I searched that filter, and inexpensive, as I am 74 living on a pension in Southern Italy. I didn't get a hotel near the train station and with the cost of the taxis, it wasn't inexpensive. I was visiting my well-to-do niece who was there with her financé for a wedding.
