Overall a very enjoyable stay - the apartment met expectations, great location

The Apartment is large with good sized rooms and with three good sized balconies. It is ideally located next street back from the beach in a nice part of town with restaurants close by, yet most of the time we were not at all disturbed by noise. Also its location has easy and quick access to the Autopista. Added bonus and one reason for choosing this apartment was private off street parking that was included in the price. Check in / check out was punctual and efficient. Very pleasant owners. Exceptional value all things considered (location / size / equipment and price paid)

A minor point - wine glasses and a kettle to boil water were not provided.

Wunderbar

Die Besitzerin Anna war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Garten, welchen wir auch brauchen konnten. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir das Meer sehen und geniessen.

Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und ist vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Apartment ideal gelegen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super gelegen. Aus dem Wohnraum hat man direkten Blick aufs Meer und aus der Haustür muss man sich nur nach rechts wenden und steht auf der Strandpromenade. Auch Bäckereien, Restaurants und Cafés sind in direkter Umgebung zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in Laufweite, ein größerer ca 10 min mit dem Auto. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gelegen ist wirklich unverzichtbar. Die Wohnung selbst sehr hell mit drei Balkonen und einem wunderschönen bepflanzten Innenhof, den man nutzen darf und ein Tisch steht bereit. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist sehr chic manchmal deshalb nicht ganz so gemütlich aber wirklich schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Küche gut mit Geschirr ausgestattet, Gasherd, Ofen, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle, dazu italienische Kaffeezubereiter und eine Spülmaschine. Wichtig ist, dass man alle Verbrauchsgegenstände mitbringt oder kauft. Genügend Bettzeug auch wenn es mal kalt ist, aber die Heizung (bei uns war es leider noch kühl) hat gut funktioniert. Sehr geräumig und gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, zwei Bäder eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne sehr sauber alles. Die Vermieterin ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich, hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und frische Blumen standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Zum Abschied sogar ein kleines Geschenk, wirklich warmherzig. Ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. San Bartolomeo liegt wirklich schön.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub und dir Kritiken hier sind Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Schlafzimmer gehen auf die Rückseite eines Hotels, aber das sind wirklich nur kurze Momente einer Anlieferung oder Müllabfuhr und wenn man absolute Ruhe will, ist eine Wohnung in einem Touristenort nicht das richtige. Die vorne gelegene Straße hört man dafür gar nicht. Der Ofen hat bei uns funktioniert, vielleicht sollte man sich den erklären lassen. Die Couch kann man sich mit Kissen bequemer gestalten vielleicht, wäre noch ein bequemer Sessel schön, aber wenn das Wetter gut ist gibt es hier so viel zu unternehmen, schade die Zeit auf der Couch zu verbringen.
