I had a very unpleasant experience during my two-night stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the reception staff initially refused to honor my Agoda booking, despite the payment terms clearly stating “Pay at the property.” After considerable discussion, I was eventually allowed to check in.
Unfortunately, the inconvenience continued during my stay. Instead of being allocated a single room for the entire duration, I was required to stay in two different rooms over two nights, which caused significant discomfort. Being forced to change rooms after one night was extremely disturbing and unacceptable, particularly after a long and tiring day.
In addition, the breakfast canteen was far too small to accommodate the number of guests. During breakfast hours, there was no adequate space to sit or even stand comfortably, resulting in a very unpleasant dining experience.
Overall, this stay left a very poor impression of the hotel’s professionalism, coordination, and service quality. I sincerely hope that management will take this matter seriously and implement necessary improvements to prevent such issues for future guests.
