All in all, the impressions are fine. The apartment is big, spacious, the kitchen is great, everything is new. The building is also new and nice, and you have your own personal garage space for the car. Overall, we are satisfied. Communication is also very fast, which is very important because we are foreigners and we need quick responses.
Now, what I didn’t like – the check-in to the room is only at 3:00 PM. I asked if we could enter earlier, and the hotel staff told me that we could, but we would have to pay €15 so that the “serious cleaning team” could come earlier. We didn’t want to pay, so we said we would wait according to procedure for that serious cleaning team to prepare the apartment. I would like to ask you if that “serious cleaning team” actually prepares the room the way it looks in the pictures? Thank you.

Nicely arranged apartment at good location. Parking facility is excellent. The host even provided some coffee, tea, sugar and cooking oil.
Make sure you have active roming since the host will send you final instructions just before your arrival. In our case we had international eSIM card which didn't connect automatically and message did not appear immediately.

Overall the property is ok for the cost it was. The location was nice and the hosts were nice and with great instructions.
It was incredibly dirty. It was like a guy passing with the vacuum from time to time to say he cleaned. Our socks were dark after walking for a bit, the windows have not been cleaned this decade probably, there is black around the liners between the kitchen and living room and the walls are in desperate need of repainting. I bet the oven buttons have not been cleaned since the oven was purchased.
It was very adamant you need to be quiet during the night…with this bed, having couple time would be impossible in that case unless you want to wake up the neighbourhood and maybe break it, not to mention it was quite uncomfortable.
There were no hand towels.
There is a huge balcony and a table with some chairs would be nice to have.
