We have a housekeeper available for cleaning and cooking; fee to be agreed upon.
You have the option of renting a bike, tricycle, golf cart, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Minimum 3-night stay during long weekends.
Water and electricity usage are the guest’s responsibility. Cleaning fee: R$ 200.00. Security deposit of R$ 1,000.00, payable at check-in via bank transfer and refunded after the property is inspected following checkout.
