The Manoir des Carreaux dates from the 17th century of 500m², it is totally restored in the heart of a garden of 4ha.
The house has 6 bedrooms all totally independent with their own shower rooms and toilets. A large living room with stove, a large library with period fireplace and a dining room can accommodate 14 people without feeling cramped. The main kitchen of the house is perfectly equipped, adjoining the dining room.
We have no neighbours, all areas of the garden are accessible to tenants
A historic residence, it is a very fine example of a Norman farmhouse.
Located 200m from the GR21 which runs along the back of the estate, and 400m from the sea and the cliffs (not accessible because of the risk of landslides)
We are located 4 minutes from the beaches of St Valery en Caux and Veulettes sur Mer, 10 minutes from Veules les Roses, just an hour from Etretat
