Beautiful, bright seafront Independent apartment with gym (puzzle, elastic floor) and terrass (for BBQ) on the first line of the see (50 meters to the beach) in the heart of the fishing village of Son Serra de Marina, Mallorca.
This place is perfect for family with children or for friends and couples who love exercise, meditation, mountain adventurers (you can hire a guide), surfers, swimmers, cyclists, hikers, anyone looking for quality of life. There is the moomba beach bar restaurant next to the house

Son Serra de Marina is a truly precious place, situated in the Bay of Alcudia, in the north of Mallorca, between the towns of Can Picafort and Arta. Some people say it is the most beautiful place in Mallorca because of the unspoiled nature, the unique flora and because there is no hotel or commercial beach as far as the eye can see.

Paddle surfboards and bicycles are available for rent. Riding stables nearby. Grocery stores, bar/cafe, pharmacy, several great beachfront restaurants within walking distance.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen with a bed dining room, a small courtyard in front of the house for dining and barbecue.
If you are driving, there is free parking on the street in front of the property.
There are two balconies in front from which you can enjoy a view of the Mediterranean sea towards the north east, the village (other village houses) and the mountains (towards the east), a small courtyard with a large wooden door leading to the meditation room (there is also a playground for children with puzzle, elastic floor), boxing gloves and punching bag, rope and dumbbells, etc.)
*Note that there is an instructor you can hire for exercises, hikes and Soma-Do Healing Movements (SΩMA-DO Healing Movements). Is a groundbreaking, continuously flowing movement technique using sequences of breaths while arising thoughts about our spiritual identity and our parallel nature (with stretching, yoga, pilates, strength exercises and meditation, etc.). In simple terms, meditation is the art of being with yourself. 2 paddle sup and 2 surfboards are available (first time is free).
The house is equipped with WiFi, TV, fitted kitchen, kitchen equipment for 5 people (oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), hair dryer, towels, pillowcases, duvet covers, quilts e.g.

Beautiful, peaceful holiday apartment in the second row with sea views. Waking up to birdsong and the sound of the waves was just perfect! The host is incredibly kind, helpful and always happy to share great local tips. The apartment is clean, cosy and spacious enough for 4–5 people. A car is essential, but you’ll enjoy total peace and quiet away from the crowds. Nearby, the natural beach of Son Serra offers crystal-clear water, and it’s the perfect base to explore the best beaches around: Playa de Muro, Cala Agulla, Calla Formentor, Cala Serch combined with the impressive Coves d’Artà. Highly recommended! We will come back!

Great property in a lovely undeveloped area of Mallorca. Not touristy, quiet residential type area. Not too far from Arta and some beautiful coves if you are prepared to put the effort in to explore. Great base to explore Mallorca from.
House was very clean and spacious.

My boyfriend and I spent Valentine’s day at Son Serra De Marina and then we stayed for a week’s vacation. We were both very tired from a long winter of hard work and we chose this place to relax. It is a very romantic and private place, free from the “big crowds” of tourists or noisy hotels. The townhouse is situated in the village of Son Serra De Marina, first line of the sea. The views are amazing and the sea is practically just outside the door. The place was very clean and we loved the bedrooms with big, cosy, comfortable beds and stunning views. The bathrooms were luxurious and clean. One night I got sick and we called the host to ask for advice and where to find a pharmacy. They were very friendly and helpful and we got instant help. I recovered quickly and we enjoyed several romantic dinners at the balcony, watching the sunset. Some evenings we walked to the nearby beach bar/restaurant El Sol and enjoyed a delicious meal. They had live music and as the evening went by, people started to dance. The atmosphere was really nice and chill. We really recommend this place and we have already booked a trip and are coming back in September!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in Son Serra De Marina Vacation Rental’s townhouse last year in October. We had never been to Mallorca before and we picked this place because it seemed to be unspoiled and genuine. It truly was! The beaches were amazing, no sun chairs or big crowds! Not a single hotel. Very safe area and easy accessible by car. The property had great views of the sea and the Arta mountains to the east and Sierra Tramuntana mountains to the west. There was plenty of hiking trails with signs showing the way and the distance. The property itself was a charming, elegant Mallorca townhouse, clean, spacious and bright, tastefully decorated and well equipped. It had nice furnished balconies were one could enjoy dinner at sunset or a glass of wine while watching the amazing views. Some nights we didn’t want to cook and we walked to some really nice beach restaurants nearby. We are so happy we discovered this unique part of the island and will definitely be back soon!
