Our place is close to public transport and main roads, but still in a residential neighborhood with off-street parking. Also close to the KU Campus, a major grocery store and many restaurants. About 7 minutes drive downtown Lawrence. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Free laundry machines on site!

My partner and I were just staying in Lawrence for one night so this stay was sufficient. There was a cat pee smell in the basement and quite a few air fresheners down there too but were all out. We were also able to hear the owners walking around upstairs pretty early in the morning. The owners were very nice and it was a great location close to downtown.
