This house is large and adequate for up to 8 people. Noisey area. Lighting in rooms needs improvement. Need to add chairs to bedrooms.Advertised as air conditioned but only two of 4 bedrooms was air conditioned. Lots of potential but needs work.

The house was perfect for our family's visit to Colorado. We traveled from Rome, Georgia to Hotchkiss for my daughter's wedding at a local venue. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located to the venue. Also, it was only a short walk to a couple of restaurants, groceries and a great little coffee shop. Sabrina was very gracious and responsive to any questions I had. It is an older home, as indicated in the VRBO description, but is very well maintained and comfortable. All bedrooms are on the second floor, so if you have trouble with stairs, this place would be a challenge. It is located right in the small downtown area, so there was a little noisy traffic at night. We slept with a white noise App and had no problems. We would happily stay there again when we visit family.
