This Grand Bahama penthouse is the largest condo at Bahama Bay boasting some 1665 sq. feet air-conditioned open-plan living space and 2 private west facing balconies. It is on the 3rd floor, no elevators) Decorated throughout with a contemporary modern feel, high ceilings and a few magical Orlando touches.
Kitchen – fully equipped with range, microwave, fridge-freezer with Water and Ice-dispenser (new 2018), brand new dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, Keurig and filter coffee makers, smoothie maker and comprehensive new for 2019 cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc.
Laundry Room – full size washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron
Living room – comfortable sofas and armchair, brand new 70” smart TV and sound system (guests are welcome to connect to their own Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts and Bluetooth music)
Dining – Counter level dining table and side-board
Balcony – large balcony with outdoor patio table and chairs
Master-suite – Spacious master suite with King Bed, armchair, flat screen TV and guest closet and large ensuite bathroom complete with full size corner bath, double-sized shower and 2 sinks. Access to the main balcony.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, armchair, flat screen TV and large wardrobe
Bathroom 2 – Very spacious family bathroom with full-size bath, large separate shower and double sink. This Bathroom is shared with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 – theme Harry Potter bedroom complete with large flat screen TV and PS4 (guests may log-in with own account or play DVD/Blu-Ray). Day bed which extends to a full size bed, Bunk beds and large wardrobe. Fully-stocked linen cupboard

I have stayed at a few different units in Bahama Bay this particular unit was renovated extremely well and updates are modern! Reasons to stay at Bahama Bay, pools and hot tubs on property. Restaurant on property, spa on property, fishing pier, walking trail and the peacefulness of this resort is top tier. The unit was very clean, spacious and for us it’s about the little things, fan in closet, pool/beach toys, the personalized beach towels with the unit number very nice touch. The Harry Potter room super cute, the keys hanging btw the kids room and the bathroom and all the Disney sayings on the walls…….these owners were very thoughtful in completing this unit for Disney/Universal!The large table on the balcony for dinners and games also nice. I would say if you’re having doubts book this unit because I think it will sell out. We would stay here again!

Cannot recommend or rate this apartment and complex highly enough. Apartment is perfect location within the complex and was huge, immaculate and had everything you need to enjoy your stay and easy distance to the parks and local shops and restaurants.
