Within 20 minutes of the airport, the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson, spring training baseball, Desert Ridge Mall, the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and a wide range of restaurants and amenities. Less than five minutes from multiple hiking/ biking trails within the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac right off Arizona SR 51 (Piestewa Freeway). This 3 BR/ 2 bath includes a pool, spa, artificial grass, barbecue grill, and a fire place.
There is a Ring Doorbell installed at the front door. There is also a security camera located over the side gate and garage. There are no recording devices in private areas including the spa and pool.

We had a great time! The house was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and we felt very safe. The pool was perfect and well-maintained, and the hot tub was a great addition. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great location to try new restaurants and see more of Phoenix! The host and the house were great. Kris was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you!

We had four guys staying here for three nights. The master bedroom and bathroom were good and the shower was great. The bedroom with two twin beds was quite cramped and the beds were not comfortable as well as noisy / squeaking. The living area with tv was good for us but you have to step down to it and it could be an issue if you’re not too careful. The pool is not heated ( we knew that ) so we were excited to use the hot tub. It’s small and the max temperature is not hot enough. Plus the water has a strong musty odor to it so not sure what the cleaning process is. There was a fire pit but zero wood. The covered patio was nice and relaxing And a nice touch was they provided coffee pods for our morning brew. Finally, the location is good as there are shops and restaurants nearby along with easy access to the highway.
