Welcome to your home away from home, completely remodeled. New kitchen, flooring, paint, furniture, furnishings and beds. Deep professional cleaning done before and after your stay. Perfect for a stay with your family!

Come relax in this beautiful, light and open canal-front home with private dock. 3 main floor BRs + Loft. Loft has 7’ ceilings just not fully enclosed This home is the best of both worlds - close to the beach and on a deep water canal with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing or taking a quick walk to the beach. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to beach access.
You’ll find 3 beautifully-appointed bedrooms plus a large and open loft area providing the perfect office and/or sleeping area. Two bedrooms have King beds, one bedroom has a Queen bed and there are 2 Twin beds in the loft. There is also a Pack-and-Play for your little ones! Two bathrooms are easily accessible from the bedrooms or living areas and offer plenty of privacy. First bath is in a private hallway with the Primary Bedroom and one in a private hallway off the other 2 bedrooms. Both bathrooms are accessible without entering the bedrooms.
The living area is spacious, light and airy with plenty of seating, including a couch, loveseat, large chair and ottomans. There is also a game area with a games table that offers additional dining space or seating options when you're not playing games!
All bedrooms and living space have ceiling fans.
The remodeled kitchen has marble countertops and backsplash with new cabinetry and flooring, open to the rest of the living space. The kitchen is well-equipped with nice appliances, everything you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal and plenty of counter space. Perfect for entertaining or a quiet night in!
The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats 6-8 and is open to the kitchen and living areas.
The outdoor space is beautiful! A screened-in porch and open deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the lovely canal views and beach air. The back yard is fenced-in with gates out to the dock on the canal and a picnic table and 'porch' swings are the perfect place to relax in the shade. The dock is the perfect place to park your boat! There is an outdoor shower and ample parking for your cars or boat trailer! Also a large locking storage area and kayak!
Has WiFi and plenty of TVs. Roku on most TVs as well so feel free to bring your cable, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other login information! There is no cable- bring your own login information for access to cable channels.
There is also a washer and dryer for your use!
Kayak, crab pot and large beach wagon available for your use. Also fishing poles, floats, boogie boards, life jackets are available for your use.
Thermostat needs to be set at 70 degrees or above. Turning down lower creates condensation and damage to home. Damage will be paid by renters if thermostat is turned lower.
Linens are not provided but can be easily rented through Heaven Scent Management Services: heavenscentms.com or 910-269-7275 as long as you are not checking in/out on a Sunday. If you are checking in/out on a Sunday please find an alternate company. Linens cannot be left past your check-out time.

Great house in great location! Easy check-in. Our teens enjoyed floating in the canal and using the kayaks that were at the property. Plenty of space and house even better than the pics! Loved the screened in porch and the swings under the house. TVs in ever bedroom and in living room. Definitely recommend! The ONLY thing that the house didn’t have that we needed was containers for leftovers, we cooked a lot. Perfect house for a relaxing getaway!

Owner was consistently responsive prior to check in and during our stay. Very large bathrooms and comfortable living space. Screened porch was a great place to relax. We’d rent again.
