Air conditioning installed in 2025 to guarantee optimum comfort even on hot summer days.
This beautiful flat of 28 m², renovated and situated on the ground floor without elevator (after a few steps), is composed of:
-a terrace with sea view,
-a living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
-a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge)
-1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
-bathroom with shower
-hoover, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities, fan,
-TV and Wi-Fi,
- air conditioning.
The residence includes a private swimming pool, basketball court, table tennis, tennis court, solarium and restaurant.
