House was great. Dock is good to use as well. We travel down to Beaufort by boat and the only issue is the creek is a little bit shallow at a dead low tide but thats not the properties fault. We stay every year and enjoy it every year. The check in process is super easy with a code for a key box. Nice and short boat ride to numerous restaurants and the sand bar. Great place to stay!

Great location: close to all amenities, downtown Beaufort, local grocery store, and the best restaurant in Beaufort, Dockside. Driveway: easy access and big enough for 2 boats and 4 vehicles House: open concept, everything was clean, and available for our use Pool: awesome! Easy accessible Dock: the view of the sunset was breathtaking Host: quick to respond and answered any questions or issues that came up

The house is very dated , the pictures were taken a long time ago ! The yard and shrubs are all over grown bad ! The pool was very dirty , the ceilings have several places that have leaks and are stained ! The location is great But the deck and dock both have numerous boards that are lose and rotten , which is a little unsafe , I did reach out and was told they would contact the property manager ! But this rental needs a lot of attention!
