About this house rental
This private estate brought to you by Desert Vista Luxury Homes offers tennis and pickleball, golf greens, a huge pool and phenomenal views in every direction including city lights, mountains, lush desert and fiery Arizona sunrises and sunsets. Perched hillside overlooking the iconic Boulders Resort, this home is also a short distance to coffee, shops and dining in the quaint town of Carefree on the border of North Scottsdale. It is a privately gated 2-acre property offering resort living complete with a pool table, ping pong table, outdoor lounge seating by multiple fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, 60' lap/diving pool, infinity edge spa, and full private tennis court with pickleball and basketball, and a brand new multi-hole golf chipping and putting course, too!
This home has been furnished from top to bottom, both indoor and out by a professional interior design team with no detail left unattended.
Between the main home and the guest home, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 extra sleeping spaces for 6 separate sleeping areas if needed. The main home has 3 bedrooms each with en-suite private bathrooms (King, King, Queen), and the main home also has an office with a Queen sleeper sofa and an adjacent half bathroom. The guest home has a King bed in the bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a kitchen, fireplace, its own laundry and 2 bathrooms (one is an exterior pool bath with outdoor shower).
Expanded cable options on every large flat panel HDTV in the home and the fastest available WiFi service throughout will keep you connected and allow you to stream content of your choosing.
POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

the property and location are both stunning! We loved the open space and tranquility, while also being a short drive to everything. Sitting at the pool, doing laps, playing tennis, you can't go wrong staying here. We have had great success staying with DV Luxury Homes, and this home was NO EXCEPTION. The estate was gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. The pool was amazing and fit our entire party with room to swim for everyone. The home’s view was incredible. We’ll be back to this property for sure.
