Small and extremely dated place. Nice location. Surprisingly had to pay $91 euro at check in for linens/cleaning. Was supposed to come with washer and dryer which were not working and we had reserved apartment for this service.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentraler geht nicht. Ob zum Strand, zum einkaufen oder zum nächsten tollen Restaurant - die Ausgangslage ist ideal. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr easy und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein (so wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich) aber ausreichend für unseren Besuch. Grundsätzlich sich ein paar Dinge in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen mal eine Erneuerung (Dusche, Spülmaschine, Sesssel & Co). Wenn wir nochmal mieten wollen würden, dann nur wenn z.b. die Dusche repariert wäre und auch die Spülmaschine reibungslos funktioniert. Die Vorhänge sind nur zur Deko oder Sichtschutz, sind aber nicht verdunkelt. Wen das also Nachts stört muss hier eine Schlafbrille mitnehmen. Fazit: Lage Top, Kommunikation mit Vermieterin super Wenn nun auch noch in die Wohnung investiert wird, dann kann sie auch in Zukunft ein gutes Ziel sein

Pro: - Lage - Sauberkeit - sehr netter Kontakt an Telefon, aber.... Neutral: - Preis für die Lage - Fahrstuhl - keine Verdunkelung möglich. Mich hat es nicht gestört, meine Frau schon - das große nett ist OK, aber... Contra: - sehr langsame Reaktion auf Fragen per FeWo-Direkt oder SMS - keine Reaktion auf die Mitteilung von Schäden im Objekt. Trotz gefährlichem Zustand (siehe unten) - die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Rest der Wohnung ist mehr als verwöhnt - Steckdose im Bad wird beim Ziehen des Steckers mit rausgezogen (Lebensgefahr!) - Duschtür ist kleiner als die Dusche, dadurch kommt immer Wasser raus - Halterung des Duschkopfes gebrochen - Duschkopf scharfkantig, da Lack abgeplatzt ist - Handtuchhalter locker und die Stange fällt somit runter - Wasserhahn in der Küche läuft deutlich aus (wurde bereits im Oktober durch einen anderen Gast angemerkt als nichts!!! neues) - beim Geschirrspüler ist die Box für Tabs defekt und schließt nicht mehr - Drehknopf an Geschirrspüler ist abgenutzt, sodass man nicht mehr weiß welches Programm man wählt. Zudem ist der Drehknopf lose - das Besteck ist ein Sammelsurium aus mehreren Jahrzehnten - Sessel im Wohnzimmer ist von irgendeinem Tier mal angefressen worden - die Tischplatten der Beistelltische wackeln extrem und das nicht erst seit unserem Besuch - das kleine Bett knarrt und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung - Möbel sind generell sehr angeschlagen - Wäschepaket besteht aus Satinbettwäsche (hallo 90er??) - Handtücher sind ein Sammlung aus verschiedenen Designs - Heizkörper sind rostig - usw....... Leider kann man hier keine Links einstellen und Fotos vom Zustand anderen interessierten zu zeigen. Entweder handelt es sich bei den super Bewertungen um Fakebewertungen oder diejenigen leben Zuhause auch so schlimm... Ich hoffe nicht.

Wir haben uns in dieser hellen, gut eingerichteten und ganz zentral zur Fußgängerzone und Promenade in Westerland gelegenen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Einiges ist ein bisschen reparatur- bzw. erneuerungsbedürftig, aber alles Wesentliche war da und hat funktioniert. Man blickt zwar vor allem auf die gegenüberliegenden mehrgeschossigen Appartement-Gebäude, aber ein bisschen Meer ist auch zu sehen.

Lage ist top, Gebäude und Wohnung sind in Ordnung. Teppichboden riecht streng und ist verdreckt! WC war schmutzig und alles in der WHG klebte. Armaturen in Küche und Bad müssen erneuert werden. Zu viele Möbelstücke für eine nicht so grosse WHG. Obwohl ich 8 Tage + Bettzeug + Endreinigung bezahlt habe, bin nach 3 Tagen wieder gefahren .... Vermieter kennt die Situation, hat sich aber bei mir nicht mehr gemeldet.

Schön, das wir unsere eigene Betten (Kissen, Zudecke + Laken) mit hatten. Leider gab es keinerlei Kleiderschrank und es war Leben aus dem Koffer. Für 4 Erwachsene sind die Räumlichkeiten zu eng und es gab leider auch weitere Beanstandungen: - Es nur defekte Rauchmelder - Duscheinstiegstür funktionierte katastrophal - Waschbecken war nicht zu säubern - in der Küche war es halbdunkel, eine Birne defekt - das Wasser in der Küche lief mehr neben dem Hahn raus - die Fenster hatten keine Rollos, etc und man war immer den Blicken der Personen in den gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen ausgesetzt (mit Fernglas auf Balkon) - Tischchen, als Nachttisch gedacht, defekt - eine Tür zum Bad muss eingestellt werden, klemmt - Aussage der Vermieterin, dass es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gibt, stimmt nicht. Kosten stdl. EUR 1,50, täglich max. EUR 8,00. Falls mir nicht geglaubt wird, ich habe Fotos und Zeugen. Aber wir waren viel unterwegs und so hielt sich der Ärger innerhalb der Wohnung in Grenzen.

Mein Mann und ich haben hier 2 Tage (Wochenende, Hochsaison) verbracht. Das Appartement entspricht den Bildern und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Ein bisschen beengt sind die Schlafzimmer, aber dafür sind die Betten groß und bequem. Dank dem Stauraum im "begehbaren Kleiderschrank" bekommt man auch für längere Aufenthalte alles untergebracht. Große Pluspunkte für uns: Die total nette Dame, die geputzt hat; dass wir unsere Koffer früher einstellen und etwas später auschecken durften; die guten Matratzen im Ehebett; die schön zentrale Lage, direkt im Ort und 2 Minuten zum Strand. Bei der zentralen Lage im Hochhaus ist es natürlich nicht völlig ruhig, aber wir konnten trotzdem ganz gut schlafen (ohne Ohrstöpsel!). Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass man die Zimmer besser verdunkeln könnte; es gab nur einfache Vorhänge. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen - danke für den netten Kontakt an Frau Pontani und Frau Lorenzen!
