In a very quiet location and yet only a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Crikvenica, this beautiful and functional holiday home is located.This stone house was built in the 19th century and recently completely renovated, taking care that everything is renovated in a traditional style.Although you live in a typical Mediterranean stone house, you don't have to do without electronic household appliances for everyday use, as the house is very well equipped!This pretty house with its calm and cosiness invites you to linger.The house consists of two floors, the first floor and the first floor.The ground floor:Here is a pleasant bedroom, a bathroom and a living room which has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. From the ground floor you can reach the first floor via an internal staircase and an external staircase.The 1st floor:This floor consists of a large living / dining room with a very well equipped kitchen and a bedroom. From the kitchen you have access to a balcony of the house and from the bedroom to the second balcony. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of nature and the beautiful blue sea of the Adriatic. A DVD player with some DVD-s as well as some books are available.Outdoor area:The 60 m² outdoor area offers good privacy. Here, the stay is very pleasant thanks to the well-kept, Mediterranean garden, the existing seating, a charcoal grill, two deck chairs and a hammock.Furthermore, a bike and various toys are available.Because of the thick stone walls in this house, the temperature is always pleasant even in midsummer. Sehr schönes und sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus. Total niedlich.
Perfekt für 4 Personen-nicht mehr!
Die Anfahrt direkt ans Haus ist mit größeren Autos sehr schwierig. Also besser weiter unten parken und das kleine Stück laufen. Uns hat das nie gestört.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man für zwei Wochen in einem Ferienhaus braucht.
Das Bad ist sehr klein aber mit etwas Organisatorischem Geschick ist das auch machbar!
Das es keinen Pool hat war auch nicht schlimm…man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag am Meer🌊😍😍
Wir (5P.) haben uns auf jeden Fall Pudelwohl gefühlt und würden es wieder Buchen!

Das Haus ist ein wunderbar restauriertes und uriges Gemäuer, umgeben von ähnlichen Häusern ohne Lärm im wunderbar ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr schön eingerichtet und super gepflegt! Viele Spiele verfügbar, Sogar ein paar Strandschirme finden sich. Wunderbar!
