Simply leave the car at home and walk to all township facilities. 8A Charles features a versatile floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple living areas, double carport & entertainers balcony.

- The living area opens out to extensive entertainer’s deck with stacker sliding doors to maximise the indoor outdoor living we all love. Overlooking Ellis Lane you will enjoy holiday BBQ's with family and friends. You won’t have to worry if your gas bottle is full as you can connect BBQ directly into the convenient gas socket. Mini Webber and also outside table and chairs to enjoy the sea air. Large Smart TV in the living area.

- Master bedroom has everything you desire including walk in robe, tasteful en-suite with walk in shower, vanity and toilet plus your very own private balcony to unwind. King Size bed.

Outstanding property. Everything you needed for a stay. Beach was walking distance as was the Main Street of Port Elliot. All new modern amenities and a very clean and new house. Games and toys for the kids to play with. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. Would highly recommend and look forward to stay here again!
