Amplia varieda de alimentos para toda la familia
Solo funcionaba un elevador y era muy caluroso, y el espacio de la playa es reducido no hay muchos camastros y se llenan rápido

Un elevador no funcionó estuve 4 días, la comida del bufete no cambia, para lo q cuesta las bebidas no había ninguna marca buena en cuanto a bebidas alcoholicas,

Staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, amenities were nice.
The junior suite doesn’t have a door to the bathroom. There is a partial wall with wood slats and then glass doors for the shower and the toilet. There was no privacy within the room. If someone was in the bathroom, you heard everything. Also the shower poured water out into the man bathroom area and into the toilet area. We had to use towels on the floor to sop up the mess.
This was my only complaint the entire trip.

Staff friendly. Food decent, but nothing exceptional. Kids' club was awesome, as were the staff who worked there.
Kept asking for water and never got it. It became an ongoing joke the entire time as to whether or not they'd deliver any water to our room above the standard 2 bottles a day for a family of 4. It was frustrating. Sewage smell periodically in our room. Cockroaches in our room. Just frustrating to say the least. Would have expected better for the amount of money we spent to stay there.
