Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura recentemente e ci troviamo un po' in difficoltà nel valutarla. Da un lato, ci sono degli aspetti positivi innegabili: la posizione strategica e comoda per spostarsi e l'host che si è dimostrato una persona molto gentile e disponibile nel rispondere ai messaggi. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza pratica all'interno dell'appartamento è stata tutt'altro che piacevole. L'ambiente era freddo e umido. Abbiamo subito provato ad accendere il climatizzatore per scaldarlo, ma abbiamo scoperto con disappunto che l'aria calda usciva a malapena. A questo si è aggiunto il fatto che la TV era fuori uso, un dettaglio che, unito al freddo, ha reso le serate in casa (dettata purtroppo da causa di forza maggiore) decisamente poco confortevoli. È un vero peccato perché, nonostante la cortesia di chi lo gestisce, l'alloggio al momento manca delle condizioni minime di comfort per essere vissuto bene.
