    We did not get a room of the type that we booked. When I went to the reception the manager told that we do not have any rooms available as shown in pics of Agoda. Finally gave room which was dirty. Flush button was not there.Lights blinking. AC in bad condition. Then I told him to change that room. He told we do not have any classic triple room but we have one room with 2 double beds. That room was also dirty and no cleanliness in this hotel. Full of mosquitoes in night. Bugs were there near the bed. No water bottle given when asked manager told your booking is under OYO not agoda. OYO does not give us a water complementary bottle for customers. If they give we will give. If I told I will complaint manager that this is not good you can complaint to OYO whatever problems you have. So worst experience ever. Not recommended at all for family. There are many other hotels in this area. This is only good for OYO couples.

    The location is perfect but the ac was not working and room have lizard so I request that go for some other property staff behaviour was well not so good but they were respectful
