La posizione vicino al centro, la freschezza dell’ambiente dovuto alla particolare costruzione, la pulizia, la disponibilità della signora, gli spazi della casa. Anche con le temperature estreme che c’erano fuori, al mattino dovevo dormire con il lenzuolo per stare bene, ci sono comunque due condizionatori nel caso uno voglia raffreddare l’ambiente. Anche se è vero che non ci sono finestre la casa è comunque luminosa per via del bianco che c’è intorno e che entra dalla porta finestra e dal cortiletto interno
L’unica cosa dovuta alla particolare configurazione dell’appartamento è la mancanza di uno spazio al sole per poter asciugare i salviettoni e i costumi. Lo spazio per lo stendino c’è, ma è all’interno del cortile e non ci batte il sole. Ovvio che se non avete niente da asciugare il problema non si pone

The apartment is very clean and cozy, with good kitchen equipment and comfortable beds.
The place is quite, next to the city park, close to the old town, restaurants and the nightlife.
We spent 3 nights in Casa Carmela and it was a great pleasure for us to be there ☺️
