About this apartment rental
Superb south-facing studio apartment on the 8th floor of Diana Building, with wonderful sea views.
This very popular building is located right above the Paseo Marítimo (maritime promenade), in the heart of Marbella. The complex has communal gardens with a swimming pool. It is surrounded by local bars, restaurants, shops, etc., and is approximately a 10-minute stroll from the Old Town and Orange Square.
The holiday home comprises: lift access; large lounge/bedroom with double bed, flat-screen TV, and doors to the terrace with fantastic views, ideal for your holiday stay in Marbella; separate fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc.; separate bathroom with shower.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.
🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
🚗 The property has NO PARKING included. There are 2 public parkings in the area that you are welcome to book on line, called Parking Arias Maldonado and Parking El Molino (external company). Once you book the apartment, you will receive the parking link written in the automated message.

We had a great time at this apartment. Air con was efficient, great view, close proximity to everything needed. Great restaurants nearby and nice swimming pool on site. Management contact was easy and swift. Only recommendation we have is that the bath and hand towels could have been a better quality. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you.
