About this house rental
Updates abound in this large home featuring a private saltwater pool, beautifully situated on Palmetto Dunes’ scenic 11-mile lagoon system. Upon entry, the home opens to a sweeping open-concept layout with beautiful tile floors throughout. The spacious kitchen offers custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with bar seating for three. Fully equipped, the kitchen easily accommodates a variety of dining needs.
The living room is tastefully furnished with beach-contemporary décor, providing ample seating and a wall-mounted HDTV. The dining area comfortably seats six and is complemented by a breakfast nook with additional seating for four. A private office provides a comfortable space for remote work.
The first bedroom features a king bed, mounted HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed, mounted HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large custom-tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king bed, mounted HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate sunken garden tub. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Outside, the home offers a large screened-in porch with a spacious seating area, a granite-topped outdoor bar, and service area overlooking sweeping views of the 11-mile lagoon system. A private saltwater pool completes the outdoor space and can be heated for an additional fee from June 1 through October 30. The beach is easily accessed by approximately a ten-minute bike ride.

PLENTY of room! Starter supplies from the property owner was just right. Had all the amenities. Couple BRs had a slight dust/musky smell, but washing the linens and blanket did the trick. Loved the turtles that visited the back pier.

The house and property was nice but a little dated. Lots of room if you have a large family or multiple couples. The rental company will not heat the pool until the month of June which was very frustrating since it was still cool at night in May and the pool water was very cold. I sent multiple emails and never received any kind of response about the pool. Overall, the house and property was nice but part of the reason we rented this property was because of the pool and we couldn’t use it because the rental company will only heat it from June to August.
