Thoughtfully furnished with comfort and style in mind, this inviting getaway is ideally positioned directly opposite Umina Beach, making it the perfect base for a relaxing coastal
. Containing comfortable and tasteful furniture throughout, this townhouse is located directly over the road from Umina`s beachfront. Take an easy five-minute walk to shops and cafes or sit on the balcony and enjoy the peace and soak in the sunshine. Master bedroom has a queen bed, built-ins, air-conditioning and ensuite with shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds in each.

STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed.
If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival will forfeit the non-refundable booking fee, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
