The location of this property is really nice. It’s fantastic. It’s right by the ocean by the beach. The description is not quite as the pictures it’s rather dated but if you like that kind of vibe it’s OK. I feel like it could’ve been a little cleaner of the coverings for the furniture were kind of musty and moldy. There was a lot of dust and there are a lot of bugs, and the dryer didn’t work. We did call about that, but no one ever came out to fix it. overall because of the view and the location, I would still even stay here again and recommended to my friends.

Out of all the vacation homes that we have stayed in on Tybee Island, Swan Cottage is definitely the best!! We vacation to Tybee Island every summer with friends from 3 different states. We always look forward for our “friends” reunion and this spot made it even better. It had plenty of room for all of us and the porch was our favorite part of the home. We ate dinner every night at the huge 8-10 person table on the porch with the most amazing sunsets! In the mornings we all met on the porch to have coffee and look at the beautiful view of the calm backwater. The beds and linens were sooooo comfortable and I actually ordered the sheets that were on our bed! The kitchen was well stocked and had updated appliances(even a mini fridge on the porch). The full bath downstairs on the ground level was great for rinsing off and coming up from the beach. The path to the beach was so convenient too. There were so many memories made and we are already trying to book it for next year!
