This property is extremely comfortable and was perfect for my wife and I. We were in town for a wedding and it was awesome having a safe place to keep our things. AC is great and we’d gladly stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay. Enjoyed our first stay, so booked again. And again enjoyed our stay. We had family nearby to visit. My husband and I with our medium size dog enjoyed our time at the VRBO and dog walking the neighborhood. A problem with the toilet. Owner fixed it in less than 1/2 hour. Great stay!

I checked in here on October 31, 2024 for one night. Overpriced for what you get. I’ll try to put this in a nice way. The pictures did not match the studio. The betting and towels didn’t meet VRBO standards. I wasn’t comfortable at all in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The host needs to do a total overall on this entire studio. Not happy Maureen

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! It was cozy and spacious and exactly what we needed. Casey and Corinne were kind and very easy to reach. Great stay!

The efficiency worked for what we needed. That said, as previous reviews have mentioned very little money would make this four to four and a half Stars. The carport is wonderful, safety is assured, air conditioning work well however a bit loud. We had no issues and the location was excellent for what we needed. Simple things like new pillows, updated utensils and kitchen ware and tabletop coverings would make this place stand out. The owners were easy to communicate with.

Casey and Corrine were wonderful in assisting with anything we needed. Everything was as it showed in the photos. Very comfortable bed especially after being under a tattoo gun all day. Was actually surprised how hot the water got for the shower. Neighborhood was quiet and was definitely able to catch up on some sleep. If I ever need to stay the night in the area again, this place will be my first go to.

The car port parking was a great convenience. The studio was easy to enter and lock. The general area was nice. The location was not bad, although I thought it would be closer to A1A, where my family was staying. The bed squeaked. The bathroom and flooring were new. Overall, I felt safe coming in late at night and the studio was a nice retreat.

No code was given to get in. We needed to bother the lady living in the house to call and get our code. We rode all day and we’re looking forward to a drink on the patio but the chairs were dirty with cat poop and dirt. We texted and she came over and cleaned the patio and chairs , we wanted to trim up the bushes a little for a little more room to sit. .the listing mentioned a grill but I think it was a George Forman grill. The place was nice size. Not well supplied , no kitchen towel, could have used some glass glasses and teaspoons. 1 washcloth for 2 people 2 nights, no shower soap . The rugs were dirty they need to be cleaned or replaced. Linens and towels need to be updated. We have one ourselves and know what is expected. The chairs inside look like they were picked up alongside the road. I think with a little TLC this could be a great place! These are all easy fixes and I know good help is sometimes hard to find. With the feed back I’ve read before from Feb. looks like nothing has been done..The location was close to the beach. The bed was comfortable..

Casey is an incredible host. Very responsive and was a joy to work with. My only wish would be that the property would be on the same level. Silverware was not clean, the towels though luxurious smelled a bit soiled. The property was tired. A new rug and a quick coat of paint on the dressers and perhaps an updated chair? The place has potential and I know it costs money to upgrade. But a quick, hundred dollars in upgrades might pay off in a wonderful way in the future.

Lovely. quiet, private studio. Host was great! Allowed a change dates due to weather concens and provided toys and a play and pack for my granddaughters to use when they visited. Zoomed for work and had no issues with internet. I would happily stay here again when I return!
