Located in a rural portion of Flippin, AR, not too far off Highway 62/412. Beautiful views off a large, mostly covered back deck, 1500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom/2 bath overlooking a portion of lower Crooked Creek.

Close to the White River, Crooked Creek & around 25 miles to the Buffalo River.
Flippin Walmart is 1.7 miles
Dally’s Ozark Fly Fisher is 6.2 miles
White River access - Cotter ramp is 2.7 miles
Bull Shoals Dam is 12 miles
Mountain Home is around 15 miles

Comfortable rustic cabin with big rooms and a huge deck with a great view. Had our family Thanksgiving gathering and had plenty of room for everyone.

The view was amazing! We went to float at Buffalo Point and it was just a short drive. It was perfect and had plenty of room!

The rail on the back deck was dangerous! It was a hazard for anyone that leaned on it. I had to keep the grandchildren away afraid it would give way and they would fall down and get killed as a construction business owner I was extremely disturbed by the lack of structural support and would recommend that they run the piles from the ground ( buried in concrete all the way up to the top of the railing instead of nailing the post of the rails to the deck! The deck its self was covered with wood that had curled up and caused tripping hazards in at least 5 places and nails or screws that needed reseated! The bedding was cheap and the pillows were wore out! The address was so difficult to see that I had to knock or a door of a house on the road just to ask if anyone knew where it was! From the start it looked like a trailer and then the deck and poor linings I would never bring my family back to it. The view was beautiful and I loved the rustic build but I was more concerned with the safety of my family than I should have had to be!I have a video if anyone would care to view it!
