About this house rental
This small detached house located on our fenced plot is ideal for a quiet stay. The beaches of the ocean, the oyster beds (awarded at the agricultural show), the salt marshes are located 2 kms away and accessible by cycle paths. Discover the coast. Located 2 kms from the town centre of TALMONT SAINT HILAIRE where you will find all the shops as well as the thousand-year-old castle of Richard the Lionheart (visit, escape game, shows...). Nearby you will find a labyrinth, the castle of adventurers, the port of BOURGENAY with its wellness centre, golf course, as well as many activities for all ages.
The house of 37m2 comprises, an independent bedroom (bed 140), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, plancha, coffee maker, kettle, various utensils..., a lounge area with TV, high-end sofa bed...
Towels and sheets are provided. Possibility of borrowing a cot.
A terrace is in place in front of the accommodation with table, chairs, parasol.
Parking spaces in front of our house. Bikers welcome.
Our animal friends are no longer accepted and we are sorry for that.
Faced with the indelicacy of a couple, we ask for a cash deposit of 50 euros for the cleaning which will of course be returned to you on the day of your departure. Thank you.

Petite maisonnette très propre et bien équipée située dans une propriété privée, proche des marais et d'une grande plage située à 4 km par la Velodyssée qui passe à 500m de la maison ! Tres bon rapport qualité/ prix !
