They have 24/7 staff and they responded very fast even at early morning. They also allowed early check-in, which was very convenient for me, because I arrived with heavy luggage before 4pm. Check-in was smooth and easy. There are some restaurants nearby. The building also contains a gym.
There's a construction site nearby. If you wake up late at morning, you may find it noisy.

The property was modern, and the host was thoughtful about amenities including water, coffee, etc. The esthetic was very cool! The host was very responsive to my texts prior to and during my stay, and was very helpful!
It was a very hot day so the room was hot when I walked in. BUT there were two nice heating/cooling units that VERY quickly cooled the room off!

Easy parking outside, nice deco, convenient, and well appointed small flat.
Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a work site opposite to the building. The strong backup alerts of trucks were starting super early in the day. was difficult to sleep and get rid of my jet lag. But once this be over, the place should be very quiet and perfect.

self-checkin was great, general quality of items in the unit was good. Ac and Heating was not bad. for the value i think this is very good. you get what you pay for.
it felt like the unit had significant wear and was unkept. broken towel holder, the sink was clogged when i arrived and just used the kitchen faucet which was annoying. the best was a bit uncomfortable with no headboard/headrest to lay comfortably.
