Villa d'Es Trenc

On arrival at the villa we was impressed we had booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised . It was clean.

Unfortunately the property only has air conditioning in one bedroom yes it provides fans but it just blows hot air around. The doors in the villa are very heavy therefore when closing them it echos right through the villa especially at night. The pool is nice but thought it could have done to be cleaned halfway through the week we did use the net to get most out of it out but couldn’t get it all. Hot water kept running out after 3 of us had showers the rest of us had to have a cold one. The rubbish disposal isn’t very good there is nowhere local to dispose of it when I asked the company who maintains the villa they sent me the location and it was 30 minutes in a car we didn’t have a car as it states no parking but the villa has a drive but your not allows to use it. was advertised to leave the rubbish in the villa but it then was very smelly. There are also rats roaming around the grounds of the villa.

Er was op een kamer maar airconditioning en de laatste twee dagen hadden we geen water.

Es ist ein tolles Haus , eine tolle Aufteilung. Es war sauber . Für Familien mit Kindern sehr geräumig. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Meer und mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum Strand. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war optimal.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr wenig, für ein 10 Personen Haus sind 2 Kochtöpfe nicht optimal. Es wäre schön,wenn sich mehr darum gekümmert wird. Im allgemeinen ist die Ausstattung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Better than in pictures. Nice swimming pool temperature. Clean. Staff were nice and communicative at any time of the day (answered our call at 2am :) ).

Charged for electricity usage. Cutlery not enough for groups.
