Apartment *Biba*

Apartman je iznimno prostran i lijepo uređen, plus ima veliku terasu s koje se pruža pogled na more (iako ograničen). Lokacija je super ako želite mir i tišinu jer ulica nije jako prometna, a samo naselje i okruženje su sigurni (dokaz su djeca koja se okupljaju na ulici da bi se igrala 🥰). Do plaže ima svega 5 minuta spusta pješice.

Apartman je smješten na povećoj uzbrdici te do njega vodi uska cesta pa su za uspon, osim dobre fizičke kondicije, potrebne i dobre vozačke vještine. Ništa neizvedivo, ali svakako imajte to na umu, pogotovo ako imate veći (duži) auto ili djecu. Budući da je stan velik, bilo bi dobro ugraditi još jednu klimu u spavaću sobu, ali i upgrade-ati postojeću u dnevnom boravku (ili barem krilce koje pokriva ventilator jer je potrgano). Možda i popraviti vrata od tuš kabine da se ljepše zatvaraju jer trenutno ne prijanjaju dobro.

The apartment is situated in a great area. It's not far from bigger towns like Omiš, Split, Trogir but it's also very calm place with less people, traffic, no noise. You can go to local shops and bakery by foot, the same as to sand beach and ice cream stand. The best thing is a beach. Few people, good surface, awesome sea, nice view... The apartment itself is very well equiped, spaceous and clean. The host Maja was very welcoming and both check-in and check-out were without problems.

I wouldn't recommend the apartment for older people or people with little kids since it's quite up a hill from beach or town. However if you're a healthy person, it would be just a good excersice for you and you'll have no problems.

1. The host and his family are very friendly and if you need any help, you can ask them. 2. The beach is not far away from the residence, there are restaurants,bars, and supermarket are in the near. it´s about 5-10 min on foot. The space in the residence is big enough.

1. the kitchen is not clean and there is ants and cockroach in the kitchen. 2. the warm water is not enough for us to shower. (2 adults and 1 child) After 15 min comes only cold water. The next need to wait until the water in the container warm heated. 3. the Residence is on the hills and the ways up and down is not easy for us with kid and with car.
