It was okay but it was overpriced.

I like the area the hotel was situated because it was quiet. And the bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. Lack of choices and to have an omelette (No hard boiled eggs) you have to pay extra. Some of the food was cold and I had to wait 12 minutes for some hot croissants.

The hotel cancelled our booking as we arrived in Paris, arranging another hotel that was an hour away. Given our meeting was next door, this is completely unacceptable.

I booked a hotel and when I arrived in the middle of the night, the reception told me that because of overbooking I had to leave the hotel it was 23.00 and they will refund my booking up to now there is no refund is being made 269 Euros for throwing out the clients !!! And not refunding and I was not the only one. Shameful

Unfortunately there's not much around the hotel, to get to alternative restaurants and other places one must travel with metro.

The food wasn't that good, value for money could be better. But the breakfast was okay. 9 Euros for a beer is pushing it.

The hotel is close to the metro. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpfull

The hotel has no porters to help guests with their luggage. There is no room service. The air con was not working well so the room was unbearably hot. Housekeeping did not give us water and towels on most days

Good stay in Paris away from the city hustle

Though located a bit far away from the main city, the hotel qualifies to give u a wonderful and safe stay with all the basic facilities. Rooms are a bit small but yet comfy and clean with quite comfortable bathroom. Very close to the tram station, just 2-3 mins walk so easy to explore Paris.

They make u deposit 50 € per day extra on credit which is refunded a week after u checkout.

During colder days in March, the hotel rooms for 2 of our team members were reduced to 16 degrees during the night. There was no option to turn off the AC. This was also confirmed by another colleague. We sent screenshots with temperature measured to the hotel to indicate this. During the day/evening the temperature was 20 degrees as it should be. There were communication issues with hotel management, where we kept a positive attitude all the time. The personnel in the hotel were all OK and polite(Antoinne, Marriene, Ornella), and proactive and offered help when some of us got cold
