BBQ grill, cooler, 4 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels for a perfect beach day. Mountain breeze refreshes you, each room and bedroom has a fan, there is no A/C. Work remotely from this tropical paradise with fast WiFi, stream favorite shows on SmartTvs.

Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue. Three days into our visit the house started to smell like mold. Other then that everything about this house was good. If you are looking to stay close to San Juan this is NOT the place. If you dont mind waiting 10-25 mins for a uber then by all means go for it. :) Also the host is very great at communicating!

The house was very nice, clean and cool, and quiet neighborhood. We love the winding roads leading to the property. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.
