Also, a clear image of your government issued ID (Driver License or Passport) will need to be uploaded. The Door Code will NOT be released unless Rental Agreement is signed and ID uploaded.
- Primary Renter Must be At Least 25 Years Old.
- $500 security deposit hold required before arrival. This is a temporary authorization (not a charge) and is automatically released after checkout if no damage or policy violations are reported.
- Detailed arrival information (condo door code, etc) will be provided via email three days prior to arrival.
- Max occupancy - 8 guests (regardless of the age, sorry, no exceptions)!
- With your rental we provide the initial supply of soap, dish wash detergent, trash bags, and the toilet paper.

Room was exactly as described. Being on 25th floor we were able to watch dolphins, hammer head sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, as well as other fish swim up the coast every morning.

Great property with great owners. We were contacted the day of our arrival by the owner to make for an easier check-in. There were a couple of small issues with the condo but nothing too major. A number on the key pad didn't seem to want to work and the washer/dryer was needing repair, which the owner scheduled during our stay. Although the dryer still took about 3 cycles to dry clothes. But overall, we had a great vacation in a very nice condo.
