Ideally located in the village of Saint-Julien-en-Vercors, magnificent new chalet composed of two parts: A main dwelling for 10 people (4 bedrooms) and an annex apartment for 6 people (2 bedrooms, under the advertisement Vrbo 1477017 (the 2 can be rented simultaneously).
This rental gives access to a 160 m2 dwelling composed of:
* 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom.
* Living room of 60 m2 with fully equipped open kitchen, living table for 12 people, pellet stove
* 2 large sunny south terraces will allow you to enjoy a magnificent view with gas barbecue, garden table
*2 toilets and 2 bathrooms
Miscellaneous: Children welcome, non-smoking, small pets allowed with prior agreement, no disabled access.
At an altitude of 900 meters and on a plot of 1100 m2, it is in a warm atmosphere that you can enjoy a quiet holiday in an exceptional place.
The geographical location of the chalet is ideal for combining calm and many activities: Villard de Lans 15 minutes away where you can practice skiing, mountain biking, golf, sledging... and find many shops, restaurants and activities (swimming pool, ice rink, bowling, casino and downhill mountain biking..)
But also other smaller and equally welcoming resorts (Lans en Vercors, Méaudre, Autrans, Col du Rousset, Col de Roméyère).
A few minutes away, Climbing, Canyoning, Caving, Hiking, as well as very quick access to the magnificent cross-country skiing site of Villard de Lans, Corrençon, Saint-Martin-en-Vercors.

Impression d’être seul au monde dans ce paradis blanc. Le confort, la clarté et l’ambiance chaleureuse sauront ravir les amoureux de la nature. L’amabilité et l’attention des hôtes ont su rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable.
