The house was located in a great spot on the lake. We found the accommodations comfortable for all 9 of our family. The dock was large enough for all to enjoy. The boat dock worked perfectly. We had clean/fresh linens and towels. We would recommend this location to our friends.
Enjoyed the use of the life vests & the Lily pad. We had much fun on the lake!
WiFI was inadequate and phone service was very poor. Ceiling fans in the great room didn’t function and was needed for better ventilation. The main complaint was the lower level bedroom had no curtains/blinds which made privacy nearly impossible. We suggest a pest service help control the ant and spider population at the property. Finally, leave a manual for the oven as we had problems getting the oven set to maintain a constant temp.
In the downstairs bedroom & bathroom: the toilet handle sticks, the toilet “rocks” on the floor & had a loose seat. Both bedroom & bathroom downstairs required much cobweb cleanup before they could be occupied. Also bedroom & bathroom doors didn’t close properly.

Nothing. It was not advertised this house needs repairs and should never be rented in this condition. The listing online borders on fraud
No key in lockbox. Water leak hot water heater had to replaced while we were there. Wet carpet in main floor bedroom. Faucet in kitchen broken. Exposed wiring few light worked in the main level. Ants in kitchen and bathrooms. No curtains in upstairs bedroom doorknobs broken in several bedrooms cobwebs everywhere. Missing railings the loft banister. Deck is rotted in several spots
