MARTINLANDIA is a residential complex of lofts and apartments located right across from the main church, half a block from the Zócalo in San Andrés Cholula. Full of charm, this space has been planned and built over many years with all our creativity and, above all, a lot of love, so that you’ll feel happy and comfortable during your stay. All apartments are fully equipped; you’ll have everything you need to prepare a formal meal, including an electric oven, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. Each space is decorated with a different theme, full of details and arranged with great care. They feature a terrace, and some have a fireplace. MARTINLANDIA’s green space, with its trees, plants, and flowers, transforms your stay into a little Garden of Eden. We welcome everyone to our space, regardless of ethnic background, gender, age, or sexual orientation—including the LGBTTTI community. We value what makes us unique and what unites us as human beings. At MARTINLANDIA, you’ll feel happy.
Upon your arrival, we offer you a complimentary amenity kit containing: water, coffee from Chiapas, tea, sugar, milk substitute, as well as oil and salt to make your morning aromatic and relaxing. Additional kits are available for a fee.
By order of the Mexican government, smoking is prohibited within the complex. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For stays longer than one week, a weekly fee of $250.00 MXN will be charged.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful, the location easy to live in with restaurants, the basics and fruit all walking distance. We loved our time here and plan to return.

We loved our time at Majikal with easy walking access to great food. Compund was very charming. Place was funky but comfortable. Kitchen could use some better basic utensils and while the centerpiece has grill is interesting it was difficult to figure out how to work. Luckily we planned on eating out so didn’t need to do any real cooking.

On the days you don’t have water to shower, wash your hair or flush the toilet, you can purchase liters at nearby store and use restroom at local restaurant. The kitchen tile in the photograph is very pretty.
