MARTINLANDIA is a residential complex of lofts and apartments located right across from the main church, half a block from the Zócalo in San Andrés Cholula. Full of magic, this space has been planned and built over many years with all our imagination and, above all, a lot of love, so that you’ll feel happy and comfortable during your stay. All apartments are fully equipped; you’ll have everything you need to prepare a formal meal, including an electric oven, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, cookware, and serving utensils. Each space is decorated with a different theme, full of details and arranged with great care. They feature a terrace, and some have a fireplace. MARTINLANDIA’s green space, with its trees, plants, and flowers, transforms your stay into a little Garden of Eden. We welcome everyone to our space, regardless of ethnic background, gender, age, or sexual orientation—including the LGBTTTI community. Upon your arrival, we offer you a complimentary amenity kit containing: water, coffee from Chiapas, tea, sugar, milk substitute, as well as oil and salt to make your morning aromatic and relaxing. Additional kits are available for a fee.
By order of the Mexican government, smoking is prohibited within the complex. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For stays longer than one week, a weekly fee of $150.00 MXN will be charged.
