Luxury home located in North Beach. 4 bedrooms all have private en suite baths. Large family room opens to custom gourmet kitchen featuring oversized island, stainless appliances, walk in pantry, large laundry room and more. Breakaway doors lead out to private pool. Seating areas offer outdoor kitchen and mature landscaping for maximum privacy. North Beach resort offers 2.5 acres of complimentary pools, lazy river, swim up bar, games, pool towels, golf cart shuttle service, restaurants, gym and spa.

We loved the house. Location great. Host great. My grands loved the pool. The house is decorated very nice with beautiful ceilings. The back is really nice. Outdoor area we really enjoyed when it wasn’t raining. North Beach is such an awesome place to stay and this was my adult kids fav house n there ever and we’ve stayed there prob 30 or more times. We usually rent homes that r a lot bigger but this one is designed n a way it worked just as well. We had five adults and two very active kids ten and three and it was great for everyone. Always a plus for us older people to have downstairs bedrooms. This one had two and the master was very nice with a gorgeous bathroom. Rent this house. You’ll b happy u did

We loved this property! Better than the photos online. Mark was so organized with his detailed information that every question was answered in advance. He was also just a text message away for anything that came up during our stay. The pool with the house was an added bonus for the kids. The walk to the community pools and beach were an easy 5 minute walk for all. I would highly recommend this property and would hope to return again in the future.
