Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na wylocie z poznania. Świetne udogodnienie w postaci garażu podziemnego.

Apartament bardzo ładny. Dobrze zlokalizowany. Czysto, cicho i wygodnie. Blisko do przystanku tramwajowego. Super, że jest miejsce parkingowe!
Brakowało mi ekspresu do kawy. Szafa w sypialni była super, ale było mało wieszaków na ubrania. Przy dłuższym pobycie służbowym trzeba zabrać więcej rzeczy🙂

Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. Dobra lokalizacja.
Po wejściu okropny zapach kanalizacji, trzeba było wietrzyć całą noc. Brak przygotowanego drugiego kompletu pościeli na sofę w salonie mimo iż zgłaszałam w uwagach przed przyjazdem aby przygotować oba spania. Brak klucza systemowego do furtek, które ułatwiają i skracają drogę do najbliższego sklepu spożywczego .

Brak możliwości zapakowania w garażu dla auta powyżej 1,80m,a w okolicy bardzo duży problem z parkingiem. kontakt tylko przez whatsapp nie z osobą a firmą. Brak opieki właściciela. Chciałam dodatkową poduszkę nie było kogo zapytać. A miałam poczucie, ze jak zapytam tej firmy to nie będzie reakcji od razu. Generalnie poczucie, ze zostaliśmy pozostawieni sami sobie. W mieszkaniu przy wietrze wentylacja wykonuje irytujący pukający dźwięk .
