Schön, gerne wieder :-)

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Wir sind zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten zum Hafen gelaufen. Lazise ist ein typischer Ort am Gardasee mit historischen Bauten, kleinen Bars und Restaurants. Unser Appartement war im Erdgeschoß mit Blick auf den Pool. Ende September war es angenehm und ausgesprochen ruhig in der Anlage. Cristina unsere Vermieterin war gut zu kontaktieren und auf alle Fragen bekamen wir eine schnelle Antwort.

Es gibt geräumige Zimmer, genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten, schöner eigener Vorgarten, top Ausstattung, schöne Anlage, großer Parkplatz, und ein extra Kinderbecken

Sauberkeit am Poolbereich war anfangs nicht sehr sauber, hatte sich aber gebessert. Stockbett für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet.

Wir haben uns in Lazise und im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Appartement in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Der Garten/die Terrasse, vor und hinter dem Haus, ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Markise, Sonnenschirmen, Tisch, Stühle und Liegen. Der Pool ist direkt neben dem Garten und bietet eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen. Die Nachbarn waren nicht da oder sehr leise (Ende Mai). Es sollen primär Eigentümer und weniger Touristen sein. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Mückenschutz im Schlafzimmer, etc). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit via WhatsApp für Fragen oder Probleme erreichbar. Das Appartement und die Wohnanlage sind kinderfreundlich.

Zu Fuß ist man in 20min im Zentrum. Das ist sehr gut. Auf dem Weg gibt es auch Restaurants. Allerdings ist das Appartement in einer Wohngegend und dort habe ich zB einen Bäcker oder einen kleinen Kiosk/Lebensmittelladen vermisst. Das nächste uns bekannte Geschäft ist lidl (1,2km).

Alles in allem haben wir uns, trotz des kleinen Wasserpanne, in Christinas Appartement sehr wohlgefü

Das Appartement ist groß, hell und gut eingerichtet. Schön sind auch die 2 Terassen, vor und hinter dem App. Auch die Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Terassen, haben hohe Qualität. Der Pool direkt vor der Tür, groß und sauber.

Leider hatten wir die ersten 2,5 Tage kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung, weder in der Dusche, im Waschbecken im Bad noch in der Küche. Die Vermieterin, die nicht vor Ort war, (man konnte nur per Whats App mit ihr kommunizieren) erklärte mir, das ein Schaden in der kompletten Wohnanlage vorlag, welcher durch einen Starkregen an unserem Ankunftstag ausgelöst wurde.
