Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath home has an open, great room plan that includes kitchen open to living/dining; breakfast nook area off kitchen; master suite with sliders to lanai, walk in closet and ensuite with double sinks. Guest bedroom and second full bath tucked away for privacy.; den is enclosed and includes sleeper sofa. The unit comes with a detached one-car garage and assigned storage in the garage building. Popular (exclusively limited to the golf condos) community pool a very short stroll at the end of the street. Spanish Wells is a gated golf course/tennis community located 3 miles from Bonita Beach, convenient to fine restaurants & shopping. Minutes in either direction to US 41 and 75, with Fort Myers airport a short 15 min. drive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brian's property in Spanish Wells, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the very beginning, Brian was an exceptionally quick and responsive communicator, which greatly enhanced our overall stay. His beautiful condo was the perfect home for us as we transitioned to our new permanent spot just a few towns away.The condo exceeded our expectations, matching the description and photos exactly. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including towels, beach chairs, a grill, and more—making it incredibly convenient for our stay. Brian's friendliness and hospitality set a welcoming tone for our entire stay, making us feel right at home.The location was ideal, just about 10 minutes from the beach and surrounded by a variety of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. We appreciated the easy access to everything we needed, allowing us to fully enjoy our time in the area. An extra highlight was the pool in the community, which provided a refreshing escape after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this wonderful space in the Spanish Wells golf community to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you, Brian, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a great time at this Spanish Wells golf condo. The weather was fabulous and we loved the location overlooking part of the east golf course. The community pool is located just a couple of minutes walk away., everyone we met at the community was extremely friendly. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grocery stores are located within 5 minutes drive. There is a weekly farners market at Bonita Promenade which had lovely fresh produce.Information provided by Brian prior to our arrival was excellent and communication throughout our stay when required was very prompt. The beach was less than ten minutes drive away, we visited most mornings and were lucky to see dolphins very near the shoreline. We usually stay at Naples but hope to return to this location for future trips. Many thanks Brian for making this a great holiday.

Brian the owner was great! When I had a question, he responded to my texts, usually immediately or within minutes. A couple days before the arrival date, he sent an email with all the important info. for the condo that we needed. The place is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great place to ride our bikes or walk. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay there & will be back again next year. Thanks Brian!

The communication with Brian was excellent. He was always available when needed. As for the property it is located in a beautiful area of a gated community and we felt safe and loved taking evening/night walks.
The condo has plenty of room and we never really needed for anything. It came equipped with the basics such as spices, as well as plates, cookware etc...
The garage features a gas grill and it looked like some beach items ( we never used them as we brought our own)
The beds were nice and comfortable with cotton sheets, and pillowcases. The main bedroom has a small TV and the living room has a nice large tv.
The internet was fine, and I used it to work while I was there (Video calling, streaming, email etc..)
You have a swimming pool just a short walk from the condo and most times we had it to ourselves, but when we didn't we met a few of the residents and everyone was always friendly. You also have the clubhouse swimming pool just a bit further down the road you can use as well.
You are extremely close to restaurants and have a mini golf about 5 mins down the road. The beach is about 9 minutes. Speaking of which, if you park all the way down at the last beach access, then walk into the public access and go right, past the condos (about a 10 minute walk) you will find a more private beach that has access to the bay and the ocean and we loved it there. We spent most of our beach days here.
We were very happy and will return again!
